What is your refund policy?
We accept returns and will replace damaged or defective product, please let us know right away so that we can make it right for you! You can reach us at support@enhanceconfidence.com
Where do we ship?
We only ship to the US.
How will the monthly step by step instruction be shared?
You will receive a Youtube video link and written instruction enclosed in your monthly shipment that will share how to use and apply the beauty products in your bag.
Is the 10% discount automatically applied to my order?
Your discount will be applied before your card is processed and is only for the products that were shared in the monthly beauty bag.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
We ship via USPS within 3 business days of receiving your order! Therefore you can expect to receive your order generally 5-7 days after placing it. We’ll send you a shipping notice as soon as your shipment goes out which includes tracking so you can stay up to date on when it will arrive! Please note: IBB members in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may experience longer shipping times.
